Time management” is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter – not harder – so that you get more done in less time, even when time is less and pressures are high.

Everyone thiks that there is never enough time in the day.We all get the same 24 hours, why in this time some people achieve so much more with their time than others? The answer lies in good time management.All the sucessfull people manage their time well.

In this section We provide some techniques, by using these techniques you can mangage your time very properly and increase your productivity.

1.Create a Schedule:

Carry a planner or notebook with you and write all the tasks that come to your mind in notebook.

Make a simple ‘To Do’ list before the start of the day, prioritize the tasks, and focus on the essentials. Make sure that these tasks are attainable, too. If there is a big task you need to complete, make that the only thing on your list. You can push the others to the next day.

2.Categories your task according to priority:

In first step you list down all works that you wants to do. Now categories them according to priorities. For example,you list down 2 works, first you want to see a video of Multi-Level marketing on Youtube to know about Multi-Level marketing ,second You have to prepare for your test.
So first prepare for your test and try to finish it particular time.And after this you have no burden for your test. Now you see video on Youtube and increase your knoweledge.
But if you gave priority to see video first than while watching video, you have a burden in mind of your test and you can not give your 100 persent.

So categorise time wisely according to priority.

3.Set up Deadlines:

When you have a task at hand, set a realistic deadline and stick to it. Once you set a deadline, it may be helpful to write it on a sticky note and put it near your workspace. This will give you a visual cue to keep you on task.
Challenge yourself and meet the deadline; reward yourself for meeting a difficult challenge.

4.Overcome Procrastination(टालमटोल ):

Procrastination(टालमटोल ) is one of the things that puts a negative effect on productivity. It can result in wasting essential time and energy. It could be a major problem in both your career and your personal life.

Try to avoid Procrastination, but it is not so easy in begining. Try to do work is small shifts,so that you can’t bored with your work.After completing a difficult taks reward yourself.After passage of time you can get rid of mentality of Procrastination

5.Stay away from Multitasking:

Most of us feel that multitasking is an efficient way of doing more work, but the truth is that we do better when we focus and concentrate on one thing.Multiasking decrease our productivity.
Choose one work,try to finish it before deadline and then do next work.If you want to manage your time efficiently then avoid multitasking.

6.Take Regular Breaks:

Whenever you find yourself feeling tired and stressed, take a break for 10 to 15 minutes. Too much stress can take put negative effect on your body and affect your productivity.

It helps you to relax and gets back to work with energy again later. If you know a break is coming, you’ll likely be able to overcome boredom or a lack of motivation to push through the task at hand.5-10 minute break after 40-45 minute work increase your productivity and you can’t bore with your work.

Take a walk, listen to some music, or do some quick stretches. The best idea is to take a break from work completely and spend time with your friends and family.

7.Learn to Say No:

Politely refuse to accept additional tasks if you think that you’re already overloaded with work. Take a look at your to do list before agreeing to take on extra work.

Learn to say no to your friends.Many people generally students can not say no to their friends. While studying a friend call to you for going to park for fun and you without thinking say yes to your friend and stop that work which are you currently doing.

Conclusion:

When you get clear about what’s on your mind, you’ll be more focused and get more done in less time.

Good time management requires a daily practice of prioritizing tasks and organizing them in a way that can save time while achieving more. Use the above strategies for few weeks and see if they help you. You may be surprised just how much more time you seem to have.
